An outside copper built William Holland tin coated hot tub (as featured in Babbington House Hotel) seats eight and is accessed from the pool area. The spa also includes a limestone steam room with vaulted ceiling and state-of-the-art sauna. There is also a separate changing area, shower and toilet.

The pool has a glass walls along one side with doors opening onto the patio, overlooking the paddock and gardens. A ventilation system provides glass demisting.

Gardens

The property has mature gardens on three sides and a tractor access to the paddock on the fourth side. There is a good sized paddock joining the garden, orchards a beautiful pond bristling with life. It is a nature-lovers paradise, with deers, herons and many wild birds frequenting the garden. The garden is completely surrounded by trees and hedges providing a delightfully private area with amazing views over the valley.

There are apple, pear and plum trees as well as many blackberry bushes throughout. There is a professionally built double swing and a see saw in the garden.
